What is Stash?

Stash overview

Stash captures a searchable list of your exploration of the internet. If you find yourself wanting to save a page for reading later, Stash can help. Stash records the location, meta data, and a screenshot of the page, then places these into a list entry that can be searched by keyword and/or scanned by screenshot.

To view your Stash, click the Stash button on the start page. Screen capture sizes can be adjusted by dragging the slider on the right of the Stash page.

To capture a screen and add the current page to Stash, click the heart button on the right of the combined address and search bar, while browsing.

To remove an entry from the Stash page, click the close/delete button on the top-right of the entry's screen capture.

To add a Stash entry to your Speed Dial, click the add to Speed Dial icon on the top-right of the entry's screen capture.

Stash entries can be filtered by keyword. The feature will look through meta data content–such as page title, description, author, or keywords–that have been attached to the page's source code. To search entries:

  1. Hover your mouse pointer over the magnifying glass on the top-right of the Stash page. A 'Search' text field appears.
  2. Type your filter or search criteria (for example, 'news'). Entries filter as you type.
